Mom and Dad gave us their tickets to the Brave's game since they are out of town. So, we went and took Pax, and had a great time! He had fun again! He got a little grumpy when I went a few rows down to try and take some pics, but other than that, he was great! He participated more this time, and loved using his foam tomahawk when they did the chant! He also liked all the fan participation clapping songs! We ended up buying him a baseball at the game, and he loved that thing! He fell asleep with it, and was still holding it when we got home. Thanks for the tickets, Mom and Dad!
On another note--we took Pax to gymnastics last night. Let me just say that the words, "it didn't go well," would be an understatement! He was terrible!! He screamed, and cried, and pitched a fit the whole time. At first, he didn't want to do anything, then he only wanted to do the slide. At the end, he wanted to do most of it, but he would cry when we made him wait hist turn, so that he wouldn't run over another kid. He was not good, and I don't know where he learned this "fit-pitching" behavior! We are going to attempt again next week. Hopefully either Brad or I will be able to snap some pictures. We had the camera last night, but between taking turns chasing him and stopping the fits, we didn't have time to even get the camera out. Maybe he'll begin to understand a little bit more about structure and the whole idea about "waiting your turn" next week. I'm not holding my breath, though!
