New New Years' Tradition

It looks like we have started a new tradition to celebrate New Year's Eve!  This year the Berry girls (the B's) went to Suzie's house with kids in tow and spent the night!!  Suzie was brave!!  We had Caroline come to babysit the kids (well, the ones big enough to be away from Momma), and we also had Suzie's friend, Rian, cook dinner for us.  We had an amazing dinner of filet and prawns!  It was yummy!
After dinner, we played a hilarious game of Taboo, and waited for the ball to drop.  Pax and Pierce both stayed up until midnight to join in the festivities!
The next morning we had our photo shoot of the six BOYS in our group!!  It was a lot of fun, and I;m looking forward to next year's!

Campin' Out

Ever since Pax got his camo "hunting/camping" bag from Aunt Kathy, he has been wanting to go camping in the yard.  So, Brad decided to take him Dec 30 in Mom and Dad's back yard.  It was pretty chilly that night, and Pax got cold and wanted to come in around 5.  But, he had a fun experience, and is looking forward to going again---when it's a little warmer!!!

Handsome boy chilling on one of our playdates

With me being on maternity leave, I have so enjoyed being able to play with friends.  I've kept us all busy, and it has been so fun.  I'm sad that this freedom is coming to an end.

ICE SKATING!

Modeling the jammies from Aunt Sarah (plus superhero socks from Grandma)

We had a fun day ice skating and then celebrating with Aunt Suzie and Aunt Sarah!

Pax did pretty well ice skating.  Thank goodness for the trainers--the metal stands that helped him skate. He didn't quite get the concept of skating, rather, he was just walking on the ice.  But, we all still had fun, and even got a little exercise on this beautiful day!
