Memorial Day was spent at Lake Wedowee again this year. We only went for the day this year, as we wanted to enjoy the pool as well over the long weekend. We had a lot of fun and got to hang out with the Greba family! Pax loved the boat even more this time and even started calling it Adam's boat. The roar of the boat lulled him fast asleep as we took a long ride around the lake. So fun!

Brad, Adam, and I threw a surprise 30th anniversary party for Mom and Dad at their house Friday night. We had about 75 people that were supposed to come, however, the rains came and several people then didn't make it. But, we had a great time!

However, the guests of honor were coming back from Ft. Lauderdale, and their flight got delayed FOUR HOURS. They were supposed to arrive at 5:30, and Lynne and Pat were going to pick them up and take them to dinner to arrive at the party at 8. But, they ended up not arriving until 9:30! Some people had to leave, but there were still several there. We had karaoke and lots of yummy food. They were totally surprised and didn't have a clue! I was so glad to be able to do something like this to celebrate my parents and all they have done for me! Congratulations, Mom and Dad! We love you guys!

"Top-Pin"

I had to take this picture of Pax and "Top-Pin" in his make-shift bed at Grandma and Pops' house. Top Spin didn't stay long, and it really upset Pax. He wanted him to sleep with him, but he just wouldn't stay. Paxton kept calling him back and then telling me to take a picture. He sure does love that dog!

Hot tub time! We have it turned down to like 95 degrees, and Pax likes to swim in there!

Sunday afternoon, we hung out by the pool, and had a blast! This is where I want to be every Sunday afternoon all summer long! It was complete with dinner on the grill, which was yummy!! Jeff and Chris, and Sarah all hung out with us. The boys are graduating, and I am going to miss them! They are such great boys that we have watched grow up at our church. I wish them both luck!

We had weekend filled with birthday parties! We went to Brody Jones' 1st birthday party Saturday morning, and then Micah's party Sunday afternoon. Paxton's newest thing is birthday cake and singing Happy Birthday, so he got lots of practice with both this weekend!
