Steph called and wanted to come over this afternoon to let the boys play, and also get her maternity clothes that I borrowed a year ago. (Thank you for letting me borrow those, by the way!) Since Brad is out of town on a fishing trip, Pax and I are still staying at Mom and Dad's. So, they headed over to spend the afternoon. Mom was cooking, so she invited them to stay for dinner, just like old times! I was excited that they were able to stay and hang out. We got to reminisce how we used to have Sunday dinners together all the time when we were little. Now we are just adding a new generation! The boys will have fun when they can get out there and play tennis like we used to do (well, like Steph used to WANT to do--I had ulterior motives for the Hills coming over!).
With these two boys, it's always snack time, so Mom put a blanket down so they could have a picnic, and Micah thought he was supposed to sit ON it. It was so cute watching him try to figure out how to do that with the snack and Paxton all over it:-) The boys were both very good and shared the Cheerios so nicely! Micah was such a good sport with Paxton-letting him feed him, sharing the toys, and also remembering how to crawl with Pax down the hall! He's going to be such a good big brother! We had a wonderful evening! Thanks for coming over, Steph, and thanks Mom and Dad for the DELICIOUS dinner!
