Paxton got to meet his Great-Aunt Sherry (my Dad's sister) and Great-Uncle John this weekend. They came from Texas just to meet this new addition to our family. Pax had fun and we really appreciated them coming out here. We hadn't seen them in about 2 years, so we also enjoyed our time with them. Paxton practically spent the entire weekend at Pops and Grandma's, while Brad and I played tennis, I went to a baby shower, and we ran other errands. Uncle DC and his family also spent some time with us. We enjoyed all the family time this weekend!

Aunt Sherry and Uncle John brought Paxton two really cute gifts: an adorable sweater that fits him perfectly, and an absolutely precious stuffed dog! It is so cute that it almost makes me want to redecorate his nursery in this pattern!! Thank you for these gifts, Aunt Sherry and Uncle John!

Paxton started clapping this morning! He has been clapping the back side of his left hand to the correct side of his right hand, but today he turned his hand over. It was so cute! He was playing with a frog at Mom and Dad's that sang. At the end of the song, we would both clap, and then he did it on his own! Yeah, Pax!

We had our Sunday tennis matches today at Piedmont Park, and Brad and I both won. We played with different people, and our team took 4 points! It was such a beautiful day to be outside, and we were there forever! Mom and Dad kept Pax for us--thanks for that!
