Today Paxton is 7 months old, and getting bigger every day. It seems as if he has a new "trick" every time we turn around. Saturday night we experienced the latest one. We had the Harper's over for dinner and he found his voice for the first time. He started screaming but not in an unhappy way at all. It's kind of cute at first, but it gets loud and old very fast. Steph said not to laugh and give him attention, but that doesn't seem to be his goal. I think he really just likes to hear himself. Sunday, we took him out to lunch with Uncle DC, Aunt Cindy, and Katie, and we forewarned them of his new "trick". He lived up to this disclaimer about 30 minutes into lunch. It wasn't THAT embarrassing, but we were only at Fabiano's, too.
Some of his other new "tricks" are: getting up on all 4's from a sitting position and rocking (he'll be crawling very soon), sitting very well on his own, standing while holding onto the couch, rolling like crazy, and eating puffs just to name a few. I can't believe it was 7 months ago that he was born! Time flies!!
