Concrete day!! Finally!!! A team of 6 guys worked for 12 hours to lay the concrete for the pool deck and screen porch, and finally got it finished without rain delaying them longer! It looks fabulous, and you can really see the transformation now.
Today was my last day of freedom before school starts tomorrow. Pax and I spent our day the same as we spent the last 2 weeks of summer vacation--supervising the pool construction. It was fun, though, and I got some really cute pictures! Plus, this way Pax got to put his handprints in the concrete!

I missed the Paxton hand prints while we were there! So cute! I love the photos. Thanks again for having the Kimmel clan over. we had a blast!
