Dad drove to Texas to pick up 3 horses for some people he knew, because my Aunt Conni is having to get rid of her horses. They are having a hard time feeding and watering all 39 horses, so Dad offered to pick up 3 and deliver them. Well, he and Aunt Conni decided that Paxton needed this miniature horse while Dad was out there. When we went to their house for dinner, Pops took Pax out to the barn, got a lead rope, and walked to one of the stalls. Brad immediately said, "What has he done???"
Even though he was TOTALLY against getting another horse, he's kind of cute, and really grows on you!:-) He is a cross between a pony and a miniature horse. His name is Hobby--short for Habanero. He is only 4 months old, so we have to work with him. It would be cool if the boys were able to ride him when he's 2 or if we can train him to pull a cart that we could ride in. How cool would that be???
